- Education, I have 3x the education in real estate in comparison to most Brokers.
- I hold the Graduate, as well as the Master’s Designation (only 4% have this)
- I am an Employing Broker, and was a Managing Broker for Re/max (6 Yrs.)
- I have worked as a Re/Max, ERA, Coldwell Banker. And Metro Brokers agent, and know each one’s differences, strengths, and weaknesses.
- I am well known amongst other agents, it helps that I have worked for various brokerages, and have built relationships with numerous agents. I received “The Preferred Choice” award from ERA agents for being someone whom they respected and wanted to emulate their business after.
- I am a” Realtor” ™ I belong to the local, state, and National Board of Realtors.
- I am one of the founding members of the Northern Colorado Women’s Council of Realtors.
- I am a member of “The Ladies of the Round Table”, a group of agents, loan officers, and Title personal who meet to discuss Real Estate Happenings.
- I am a member of the Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

- I am a Colorado Native, and have lived in Arvada, Parker, Littleton, Wheat Ridge, Longmont, and now in Frederick Colorado.
- I also moved with my husband 7 times in 10 years to Arizona, Florida, Nevada, and then back to Colorado.
- I know how stressful a move can be, thus my motto “Working hard, so you don’t have to!”
- I offer discount commissions to past clients, clients who are selling and buying a home.
