According to an article found in the Times-Call, the town of Erie is proposing a large scale residential development in the coming months. If approved by town leaders, the development could include more than 650 homes nestled on a 230 acre plot. Roughly 70 acres of that will be dedicated to public and private open spaces. The proposed site is located at the intersection of Baseline and County Line Roads.
